Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum says the middleweight clash between Miguel Cotto (38-4, 31KOs) and WBC champion Sergio Martinez (51-2-2, 28KOs) will be officially announced sometime in the month of March. The fight is going to take place on June 7th at New York's Madison Square Garden. The fight is pretty much a done deal, but some minor issues are being worked out. The fight will also have a four city tour, according to the veteran promoter.

A week or two ago they said the same like, only the little details need to be worked out. Either they got worked out or the little details you describe are actually bigger details that you made them out to be.
