I actually like this fight. I hoped Marquez fought Alvarado or Rios.

And what do you want Marquez to do? He just came off a loss? Shouldn't he be subjected to the same pass as Pacquiao? It was okay for Pac to fight Rios after his loss. Why can't Marquez fight Alvarado after his loss?

yea except there is no questioning a KO. Marquez believes he got robbed against Bradley, tried to get a rematch and it didn't work.

A fight with Ruslan will be a much better fight for him. A tune makes no sense, especially if he believes he got robbed. I'm pretty sure he didn't take that much damage in the fight.

I personally think that the 140 belt Marquez had at one point was given to him for FREE when he fought Ramos and ***in fedchenko! If he fought Ruslan, at least he is fighting a real champ. Any thoughts?

Alvarado is much better than those two, just a question of what he's got left. So the timing is a bit suspect, like them not wanting Bradley until he got bashed by Prov, but if Alvarado is in good shape it's a risky one for JMM

Marquez went from being one of my favorite Mexicans to being one of my most disliked fighters.
