It makes it a little easier to root against Cotto hearing what Sergio said about GGG.

I mean, Cotto is really one of my favorite boxers but Sergio is one of these guys that is really quiet and humble for the most part, I guess because he knows what he is capable of and doesn't need to brag.

Cotto has really snubbed him though by acting like a bigshot and that's fine and good but you can already tell by the way Sergio is talking, that he is gonna walk right through Cotto. Not saying that Cotto is a chump but Sergio is going to come into this fight with the intention of throwing heat and Cotto's face can't take shots like that and he won't have the reach nor the speed advantage.

Cotto has some grudge against him and I figure he thinks Sergio is shot but no way the guy beats up on a cruiserweight like he did and then just falls off...those injuries are a big problem and for Cotto's sake, he had better hope that Sergio won't be recovered by the time they fight. If Sergio is like at 80-85% of what he was in the Chavez fight, Cotto is going to get hurt, I can't see any other outcome.

Martinez could've had the fight back then but I've never seen his interest in it. Is this the first time Sergio has even aknowledged GGG? Just the fact that he's broken his silence is a welcomed change.

Actually I think most people want to see the fight. Murray dropped Martinez twice, Golovkin clips him at some point and probably hurts him.

I've always been a Martinez fan but douchebag Dibella has certainly hurt his image to a degree. I wish all of these loudmouthed promoters would take a step back and realize their words usually do more to harm than to cast their fighters in a good light.
