Mayweather's are all smoke and mirrors. Floyd wants to fight the Amir Khans, the Devon Alexander's of the world. He's had 5 years to make a fight with Pacquiao. Leonard, Hearns, Duran never took that much time to climb in the ring with each other in their primes. Same with Arguello & Pryor. Same with Oscar & Mosley. That's how legends sort out who the best of the best is. Floyd isn't about those risks. He still needs to grow a set.

You do know that older in boxing sense is different from older from an age perspective. Whether you 've taken punishment or being in too many wars is indeed relevant in boxing.

Ironically, Leonard ducked Hawk like a plague in the amateurs and pros. Hawk kicked Hearns ass in the amateurs, and couldn't get a fight with him in the pros either. Mosley turned down fights with Floyd twice. DLH wouldn't fight Winky Wright. Want me to keep going???

Na, I didn't forget. But by time Manny claims he was ready to play ball. He goes off and starts getting his ass kicked and things change. When Pac was an equal, Floyd was willing to make concessions. You know, working with Arum, letting Pac choose the glove size, letting Pac pick the ring size, agreeing to a 10M per pound weight penalty, 50/50 purse split, etc, etcetc. They're no longer equals. So Pac gonna have to bend over. Shouldn't have been such a jackass when he had bargaining power from where I'm sitting. What you think??? Them 40M sounding good in 2014 ain't they.

I think the adult already responded to my post. You on the other and just spew, spew and spew all over the whole place with little substance. Style of fighting and wars etc is relevant in a boxer's age. Even casual boxing fans understand that. I don't think anyone talked about it being Floyd's fault. Lack of objectivity will do that to you 'cos you are so quick to defend Floyd whether he's been talked about or not.
