This is what drives Floyd and Manny fanboys. That's why they suck.

I don't get any of it, that's where my interest ends. Although I do recognize it's importance in making fights happen, especially at the highest level.

No. But when I saw Broner flushing dollars down the toilet, I did feel angry.

          Nope, don't care.

The only fans who seem to care are Mayweather fans because they're always going on about PPV numbers, how much Mayweather is getting for his next fight ect.

I don't care how much they have...but if we are talking about fights not being made and debates over purse splits...what other metrics are we supposed to use besides tv ratings and/or ppv buys to determine if someone is being ridiculous? Are we supposed to blindly trust snake oil salesmen like Schaefer and Arum? I'll make my own assessments based on what little information we do have publicly available.

Have I been rubbing it in a bit about Manny being broke? I'll admit it, I have. But others have to appreciate the irony in the situation. For years on here the Pac fanatics circle jerked about Floyd being broke and having to beg Manny for a big money fight. C'mon, literally the exact opposite has happened. This played out exactly like when Elmer Fudd puts his gun down a rabbit hole and ends up shooting himself in the ass.

I voted nobut don't think it would be ****** if a fan cared about how much money his favorite fighter had. My favorite fighter is always a very good fighter so they always have lots of money. I care more about how my favorites are doing when they are older and retired. I am sad that favorite fighter Hearns has very little money when he made so much money fighting. It makes me happy to know favorites Trinidad and Hagler are rich men and will always be rich men.

Or guys like Rid**** Bowe having to live in a camper going from autograph show to autograph show trying to eek out a living. These are sad cautionary tales we encounter far too often among athletes.
