Rios is a WW through and through, so I'd decline with I were Rios.

Why should he get a tiltle shot? Win a ***ing fight. Make it interesting. Sooner or later you have to realize...YOU are a punching bag!!!

I don't want to see rios in another big fight right now. He's got a lot of rebuilding to do, he hasn't looked good in a while.

This is a favorable style for him, Rios doesn't have to chase Provodnikov. It's a very good match up right now.

Well this fight should definitely be PPV!

Although likely it wont and idiots will cough up cash to see Mayweather vs Maidana/Khan lmao and that is exactly what is wrong with boxing!!!

Who else is out there, his options are limited now that everyone else is tied up.

Mayweather can fight air, and even if there is a remote chance of him losing (like one in a billion even) people will pay to see that. No one buys to see him win, he's not exciting. You have to be on the short list of wanting to suck him off of you buy hos fights to watch him win. No, we pay to potential watch him lose under any and all circumstances.
