Rios was a fatass at LW
he looked like he needed to go up in weight before he did
but he's probably better suited to JWW than WW though
if these guys fight, JWW is the right weight for it to happen
Ruslan beat the shit outta Bradley at WW
Rios couldn't do jack shit with a shot Pac at WW

If he put the effort in with diet, Rios could make weight comfortably. He has some fat even near 160 pounds, he could drop over 10 pounds of fat then do a water cut.

It's a great fight either way and Provodnikov beats him I think.
