        Tell him.

Everyone outside of floyds main fan base (people who put boxing before fighters) knows that floyd picks his fights accordingly.
        He matchmakes for himself .

He picks his opponents after they are either shopworn ,exposed,
Too small , or too old .

He tricks people (casuals who make up 68% of all fans that pay for hbo and showtime and ppv) into thinking zab, ghost ,baldomir, ortiz, jmm, canelo and now khan have a chance , when us real hardcore fans know the truth amd whats up. He beat C +fighters and tricked casuals and espn helped .they all make money.
But lets mot pretend like he fights the best . His name is money . Which means
He can fight anyone and make ppv.
The biggest threats are least popular.

        So he gets a pass

        Or some other bs.

It is like arguing which Hyena gets tossed into the Lion Cage First Khan or Maidana...neither one of them have much of a chance Maidana is the more Tougher and Power Hyena and Khan is the faster one but once they get tossed in with a Lion it really won't matter what they do well they will look completely out of their league

I see your point, but this thread has nothing to do with who is more suitable to fight Floyd. Has nothing to do with Khan either.

I asked a simple question, is Maidana being over hyped? Because in his career defining fights (or what I believe are his career defining fights) he is 2-2. The two he lost (Khan, Alexander) and the two he won (Ortiz a journeyman fighter who didn't pan out, and Broner who we have no idea if he's even a legit contender.)

Maidana just coming off the biggest win of his career, if he's being hyped, he earned it.

The biggest win from a skill standpoint? Or a promoting/marketing standpoint. I agree beating Broner was big for his name, but it didn't make him show any type of brilliance in the ring. It was a simple, effective gameplan.

Lets get one thing clear, Broner didn't do anything in his fight with Maidana to make Maidens show us something we haven't seen before. He was the same old Maidana, in this case his style was suitable to beat Broner. Was it a new style? No. It was the same style which he uses in a fights, the one that he has struggled with against more pure boxers. So now, I ask again...is he being over hyped? When I ask questions, they more rhetoric where I'm basically telling you something more than asking you something. So if you're going to disagree with Me, you gotta be factual and sharp or I'm going to s.hit all over you...you see now?
