Boxrec has Mora #20 at middleweight. He needs to work his way into the top 10 middleweights and then demand a title shot. He reminds me of Holyfield and Toney always demanding a shot at Wlad when they were not rated even in the top 40. I don't think Mora is good enough to beat any top 10 middleweight. He could not even beat old Mosley.
