Arum does make a good point, and he is correct in his overview, but really Bob, you need to sit this one out. Step aside, and then we'll see what Floydie does. If Manny beats Bradley (and he will) and Floydie STILL refuses to fight Manny, then even the most jaded of Floydie fanboys and grrrls will have to concede their guy is simply chicken.

wasn't it arum who was making excuse after excuse when floyd's prison sentence was delayed till june. At first Manny was ready to fight in May when Floyd looked to be going to prison. Judge extends it till June and all of a sudden Manny has to take 5 months to heal from a cut. There also wasn't enough time to get the fight ready because they Bob wanted to build a stadium. 1. WTF? 2. They built a bigger outdoor stadium for the Vancouver olympics in less time.

Later, Manny is ready to fight Floyd at the end of May, a couple of days before he goes to jail. Good job bob, no doubt anyone going to jail is looking to get into a huge fight 2 days before going in.

Whether floyd is ducking or not, I don't know. What I do know is he really does not like bob arum. Looking at the history, after bob tried to screw him over on the cotto and margarito fights (part of why floyd left top rank), floyd never got the chance to fight cotto cuz cotto was on top rank. as soon as cotto left on Jan. 1 2012, Floyd made a fight with him within 2 weeks. This was the same fight that bob and manny tried to get for the previous 3 months and failed. Either way bob arum sucks, but he has so much pull that he strong arms people into doing what he wants. i.e. rigo fight agbeko even tho rigo's team did not want that fight cuz they didnt think it would be exciting.

i dont think arum thinks any fight possible with rigo is exciting, which is why he bashes the hell out of him

If you're playing that game. Lets talk about How Floyd fought better versions of EVERY fighter that both he and Pac fought.

An undefeated Motivated Hatton, is better than a struggling for confidence coked up hatton.

A 154 FULLY HYDRATED Oscar, is better than a 147, drained to hell, drinking Oscar. ( He said it himself he didnt prepare for Pacquiao correctly, and he was drinking and drugging on the lead up to the fight )

A 154 fully hydrated Cotto off 3 wins, is better than a plaster smashed Cotto at 145.

A #1 in his division Mosley off of all but DECAPITATING that plaster fist bum Margarito. Is better than a Mosley off a loss to Floyd.

P/S if theres one thing I can say about Floyd, it's that with the amount of sh-t he talks on the lead up to the fight. Most fighters who fight him are motivated as hell to beat him. because 1, they get to beat the best fighter in the world. 2, they get a payday, 3, in all honestly they just wanna shut him the hell up.

We still have yet to know what he thought of Floyd's performance against Shane after he predicted Floyd wouldn't face a big puncher.

He's been eerily quiet about that one.

And for the record, he's building a new stadium in Macau. But not for the May-Pac fight.

The power, speed, footwork, work rate and skill, plus the ability for southpaws to land vs the shoulder roll would def cause Floyd problems and would be his biggest challenge as a pro...

How can Pacquiao style be a problem for Floyd when Roach has gone on record numerous times that counter punchers and Floyd style is a problem for Pacquiao. He also said Bradley is a tough fight because Bradely can box but yet Manny style is dangerous to Mayweather?

Floyd said he wants an even playing field. He`s alreardy telling you that Pacquiao is a whole different level hence why he`s fighting Amir Khan.
