Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury: Chisora Would Spark Anthony Joshua Out!

Tyson Fury's ring return will be against American Joey Abell after original opponent Gonzalo Omar Basile pulled out with a lung infection. Fury has waited almost 10 months for a heavyweight fight after David Haye pulled out of two scheduled bouts and he will face Abell at the Copper Box Arena in London on February 15. The Minnesota man has 28 knockouts in his 29 wins, but has lost three of his last five fights.

Fury has said in the past that Joshua outboxed him in sparring.

Joshua will have the British title in 6 months.

I wish Fury would STFU and fight. He can talk crap after he's fought a live-wire.

You think? Hearn mentioned 3-4 fights time, which would put him in that 6-8 month window.

                    Completely rubbish from Hearn's side.

He'd have to put him up against Derek Chisora, Hughie Fury (who has a higher ranking) and the likes. Simply won't happen.

I think he's looking at a year at least, and he shouldn't be fast tracked into the British title before at least 10-12 fights which won't be before early 2015.

If he's forced to match AJ up with Fury's or Chisora - he'll get him on another route for sure. And rightly so.
