I agree. Hatton and Margarito are both a little high, and Castillo should definitely be on there. Hatton has 1 high quality win, and Margarito really doesn't have a big win. I realize no one wants to fight him, so I can live with #4, but I would love to see this guy get tested.
Rafael Marquez belongs in the lower half of the Top 10, in my opinion, and Juan Manuel shouldn't be in there. Barrera, to me, can solidify his spot with a win over Chavez, but until that happens, i think he's a little high. Overall, it's actually a pretty decent list, though.
