Khan is desperate but at the same time, who can

It's on Khan, the lying twerp, and/or Hunter to clear it with Ward beforehand - which obviously didn't happen in this case. This is an absolutely ridiculous lie and any of the fall-out from it falls on the liar in question.

Amir is quite clearly the one lying in this scenario. Just ask yourself whose agenda does it serve more to lie here? The one who is trying to push an argument as to why he gets a Mayweather fight (the one he is clearly desperate for) or the guy who gets little benefit from saying they never sparred?

Ward was probably getting asked about it on Twitter and saw no reason to pretend that field questions on something that never even happened.

Who knows, maybe Hunter should have spoken to him and asked him to play along as a gesture of solidarity to his stablemate.

But the simple fact is, Amir (or whoever posted that crap on his behalf) is lying here.

Khan could be lying, but so could Ward. Ward is well spoken, and is a good analysis of the game as well as an interviewee, but either could be lying is the point.

He has little intergrity. What about the catch weight flame on Pac's Cotto win when he fought Dawson at 168. Weight draining.

Or how he said Froch is chasing a payday with Chavez Jnr when he was chasing it too. His words reflect on his character. He will do the most for his gain, hence the way he has dealt with Goosen.

He looks bad if it is true that Khan took his shots... but Khan COULD be lying too. Mu point is, people think Ward is this guy who is definitely not a liar. Er he could be.

Even if they're not good friends, they should share a comradery being part of the same camp and being trained by Hunter. Khan is a guy he'll have to face every day when he goes to the gym. Why make it more awkward than it had to be? At least back him up for Virgil Hunter. That's a ton of money on the line for Virgil to risk jeopardizing it.

If khan is a guy Ward infact hates and wants to let it be known, then fair play to him.
