calling boxers with supreme skill runners is plane disrespectful to the sport, it would be a great fight for the purest, while Lara may not have the defensive skill of Mayweather he is very slick has great counter shots is a southpaw and carries a fair amount of pop especially in that straight left hand. I wish more people would appreciate the sweet science cause then we would get to see fights like this where both guys are pretty evenly matched. I love a good slug fest but also appreciate the supreme skills of the game lets get someone in there who can actually match Floyd and really put the 0 to the test

If they were to do a poll on let's say ESPN and who he should fight, Lara would get the LEAST amount of votes easily. And that is the problem, professional boxing is a business first, and it's driven heavily by casual fans.

I respect that but taking more punishment that you have to just to secure a ko is not wise especially with the rising levels of fatalities in this day and age. If you have the skill to win a fight without taking punches then fair play it is on the opponent to step up there game and find ways to neutralise this. The problem I have is slick fighters not fighting others whom are equally as skill and can actually cause them problems.

What opponent has he drained? Are you referring to Canelo? I guess you missed the part where Canelo said he'd come down to 150 to get the Mayweather fight! So I guess he drained himself and not Mayweather. The superstars in boxing have had more catch-weight fights than Mayweather.
