Sorry to have to burst your bubble... Wards is NOT as dumb as "Bad Chad" Dawson.

    • Golovkin's cleaning out MW from the bottom up, just give him a second and enjoy the spectacle.

      Fringe: Adama, Ishida, Rosado

      Top 10: Proksa, Stevens, Lee

      Top 5: Macklin

Hopefully Geale and Murray fights can be made at the back end of the year.

Ward critisized the other SMWs for putting his name in their mouth without sending him an offer for a fight.

Ward on talking GGG without being willing to go down and without sending him an offer.

          Double standards much?

          Yeah. You make the bed....

          • ridiculous!

"ow some are plain idiots on here. GGG wants to clean out 160before moving up and that's the point. Anything else is besides the point. If Ward is gonna stay at 168 that's on him..maybe GGG does move up to face him- cool. Then one of 3 outcome happen: he wins, he loses or its a draw. It could be close, one-sided, exciting or boring. There's the list possibilities on the fight..so no need to argue about it anymore LOL

You're using the word conversely incorrectly. I believe you mean inversely. You've probably never taken a class in logic so let me explain the difference. My belief is that if you want Golovkin to move up this quickly, you want him to lose. Breakdown of this statement:
              Let,
A= wanting Golovkin to move up now, soon or quickly
              B= wanting Golovkin to lose
So what I'm saying is 'If A, then B'. Or 'A implies B'. Okay with me so far? The converse of that is 'If B, then A'. That is - "People who want Golovkin to lose, want him to move up quickly," which I actually agree with but is not what you said. You wrote, "Conversely, those clamoring for him to stay put at 160, simply don't want him to lose" which, using the statements above is 'If ~A, then ~B.' Congratulations on learning two new words.

Now as far as the validity of your statement - No, wanting him to "stay put at 160," as you so eloquently put it (I prefer to say clean up and leave no questions unanswered), does not mean necessarily mean I don't want him to lose. I think he has yet to be tested at that weight and has something to prove at his respective weight class before fighting an elite p4p fighter in a higher weight class. I'm in agreement with you that he should fight better quality of competition, namely Sergio, Sturm or Quillin who bring titles. But I'm not in agreement that he should fight an elite bigger man before fighting an elite smaller man in Sergio. I want him challenged but not Floyd Mayweather-challenged because Floyd has proven himself to be the best fighter in world and is unparalleled at arguably 154 and below. Golovkin is being held to the same standard as man who's done what he himself has yet to do. Actually, come to think of it. Andre has cleaned up at 168 but is "staying put" lol.

              P34C3
I'm not a delusional GGG fan. I'm honestly not sure he succeeds at 168 like I believe he would at middle. My eyes tell me he is the best middleweight alive and I want him to leave no doubt that that's the case. I don't care if he called out Godzilla, he can say whatever the hell he wants. It's freedom of speech. His statements just bother you more than they do me.

Oh no! He boasted?! See my above answer. He rustled your jimmies. When he's PPV, you'll pay to watch the same way people pay to watch Floyd lose.

You praise Ward for dismantling a man coming down in weight to fight him. I wonder if you'd do the same for Gennady. Anyway, if Chad had won he'd have been #2 p4p so that was his prerogative. He made a choice and came up short. No big deal. He tried, he failed. You call Chad dumb for biting off more than he can chew but you want GGG to do the same. I'd like Golovkin to make the right choices and fight challenging fights that aren't mismatches.

Exactly. The haters can keep pushing for him to fight tougher opposition and he will but at his pace. This is happening. Face it guys. Prepare to get butthurt four times a year

Dude you so full of f.uckin' **** its oozin' outta your eyeballs.

Adama is more like a top 20-25 middleweight. That's not fringe.

I'd be f.uckin' surprised if boxrec had Ishida inside the top 50. Hold on, I'll check it now. Boxrec has him rated the #75 middleweight in the world. That's a f.uckin bum.

                Rosado is a fringe........JR MIDDLEWEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

Proksa, Stevens, and Lee are fringe middleweights, not top 10.

Macklin is a top 10 middleweight. Off the top of my head; Martinez, GGG, Sturm, Geale, and Quillen rate higher. That's five right there. You can actually go deeper than that because Murray **** higher. And if Barker hadn't suffered the injury, he'd rate higher.

Its cool to be a fan of a guy. But its pretty f.uckin' pathetic to try and hype his resume to more tha what it is. Its ****. Get over it.

Actually, if you look at the guys who have been, and are rated in the lower half of the top 10 like Max Bursak, Curtis Stevens.....Rosado, Ishida and Adama etc would probably favored to win against them ergo they are fringe middleweights.

There's no point getting upset just because your boy is scared to look in Triple G's direction.
