We know Mayweather is a Welterweight and that's his ideal weight class, the only time he fights above that is for very lucrative fights. He comes to the ring at 150 lbs.

Bradley is a WW. It's a completely different scenario and a fight that would most definitely happen.
Oh don't tell me your one of the people who speaks like this..Your from the old school bro..Sugar Ray was at his best at WW,yet moved up to continue to challenge himself..SRR Armstrong etc etc..How does Mayweather get a pass??He has fought and not only won an Alphabet strap, but the Ring belt bro..He is in that weight class sorry..

Everyone that reads your post knows what you meant. Try and brush it off as much as you want. You're in the "don't know shit" department.

I still disagree tho and believe the is a debate..Esp with guy's like Khan and Maidana around who could potentially bring in more money then Timmy...
GBP is CLEARLY investing in a Danny Garcia vs. Floyd Mayweather showdown for 2015 (Trying to get the PR fanbase to build the fight). They will probably occupy Bradley in tough fights while building Floyd vs. Garcia which will be a much more marketable fight.

Tim just negotiated a new deal with TR where he got a Manny fight. The first time he got a deal with TR, dunkin got him a manny fight.

WHat have you seen from GBP that suggests it would have been differetnt?
It's not only about a fight, which is where so many go wrong at imo..It about money..Do you believe(keep in mind what the average fighter makes from GBP not named Alvarez or Mayweather)Bradley would have got a better deal from GBP or TR..

TR would have always been the better deal..They have more money then GBP and would offer him more fights at a higher per fight fee..It's clear,I really don't believe anybody should have to go to a nego table to find that out either..Just look at what Tim has made..What WW or Jr WW,hell even JMW has made this much on GBP not named Mayweather(who is not even in the GBP stable)or Alvarez??

With Sugar Ray are we talking about, Robinson?

When did Robinson consistently stay at a weight class that wasn't his best at the time for more than one fight? When he moved to 160 he grew into a full fledged MW (Similar to Mayweather at WW today) After he almost beat Maxim at 175 did he return?

When Whitaker won the Jr Mw title, a weight class he was obviously too small for and wasn't his weight class, was he expected to continue fighting there?

We know that Mayweather isn't a Jr MW. He's not even a big WW. It's abudantly clear that he only fights above his weight class (His 4th one, mind you) for lucartive fights like Oscar, Cotto and Canelo.

Bradley on the other hand is A welterweight, his weight class. Which is entirely different to fights that haven't been made above his weight class.

This is true, Garcia is the first option.

But there's no doubt if Bradley continued to win that he'd get his shot. Floyd's low on options as it is, throw in a P4P ranked WW and he's damn near certain to get his shot by the end of 2015.

Boxing is a business & he played it smart & safe as far as being financially stable with Top Rank. Would have been nice to see him fight Floyd and some of the GB roster, but obviously that's asking too much.

If you say so dude..What I see is some of his stiffest comp, and him not fighting them..Now I've giving May his fair share of praise, and he deserves it,but at the same time..When I hear guy's talking about daring to be great..Without mentioning,Mayweather retired when the Cotto fight was the hottest ticket in town..The Martinez fight would have been crazy..No Pac fight(I do blame both of them for this)He could have moved right up to WW and got it shaking with Hoya(at WW)Forest Mosley Tito etc etc..Even now Lara is right there..Legacy and I see a voting site up about Khan and Maidana..It just get's me tight..
