I don't think Rios can make 140 again. And if by miracle he does it wouldn't take much for Provo to beat him. If they fight at a catchweight of 144 I got Rios winning a hard fought battle. I'm not too convince with Provos chin and stamina to last the distance

ruslan doesnt have the speed to make rios cover up like that.. this will be similar to the rios vs alvarado fight but instead i think rios takes the heavier punishment here.
