He wants to avenge his loss to Khan. Thurman i agree should get a shot soon but Maidana as the champ is after bigger fights and i respect him for it. Apart from a few casuals on here beating Thurman would not impress as much as beating Khan or fighting Floyd.

BTW, totally understand why Khan wants Floyd instead of Maidana, Maidana is too risky of a fight and could cost him his big payday vs Floyd. Khan wants Floyd without fighting a Maidana (at 147) or a Devon.

However, a khan-floyd fight is more intriguing to me given that he'll be bringing a different look as compared to floyd's previous opponents.. even he may not last that long. We pretty much know how maidana will look against floyd but khan might throw a curve ball or two before being figured out.

Lol at your butthurtedness.. Maidana wants floyd, that's where the money and glory is. Khan talked **** about marcos so marcos is calling him out. A rematch makes sense given their history, although it may end khans career. Thurman should face collazo and build a bit more hype. I see them meeting down the road.

You are right Khan hasn't really earned a WW title shot but he does have a win vs Maidana in a great fight that is an easy sell. Thurman has the interim strap so don't worry he will get a shot at some point.

I doubt Maidana is scared he just wants other fights but after Borner 2 if that is what happens and the Floyd fight doesn't, then i think you will see Maidana vs Thurman.
