The original and first negotiations fell apart because of Team Pacquaio. Afterwards though, you can definitely argue that Team Mayweather is the reason for the fight not happening.

And I don't know why you even bother wasting so much energy about the situation, it shows that you are truly a big time Floyd Mayweather fan, more than anyone else. I say this only because why are you crying over spilled milk? Floyd has said already that he is NOT interested in fighting Pacquaio.
Originally it was because of both. Floyd accused Manny and so on had a lot to do with it.

Yes, I know and you know that Floyd is not interested but I need to point it all out to those that pretend that Floyd is interested.

Originally, it was because of Team Pacquaio. Team Pacquaio walked away because of the cut-off days. Team Mayweather, actually tried to compromise and suggested 14 days, and that offer was rejected. Game over. You talk about how Mayweather fans won't admit blah blah, and yet you too can't call a spade a spade.

Floyd Mayweather is not interested in fighting Pacquaio, end of discussion. Anything more is just useless ranting. The only thing we do know is that at one point in time, Floyd was interested, but not anymore.

Floyd backtracked every single time. Manny's side was willing to do it in May instead of June but Floyd wanted ALL PPV MONEY .... that was NOT Floyd being interested and that killed everything.

What from Floyd actions makes you believe he doesn't want all the money; he doesn't comes across neg wise as the sharing the profits type.

You are not getting it. A Floyd fan said this the other day to protect Floyd "I too would NEVER do business with someone that threw me under the bus like Arum did to Floyd"

Well, that accusation was Floyd throwing Manny under the bus and what followed were people getting sued left and right.

It's all about risks. If it was just about money, the Manny fight would have given Floyd his biggest payday!

No Arum said pac cut wouldn't heal in time and stadium needed to be built so they insisted on June until it seemed floyd would be in jail

in 2010-2012 yes;today a 60-40 split vs Manny won't make him more money than he just made vs Canelo. The gurantee would be higher backend money won't.
