edit: Floyd fight is off as Amir khan fell down a flight of stairs from a 1-2 sweat drip combination that sent him stumbling back and falling down a 10 step staircase.

Khan is a selfish, arrogant little snot. He should have fought Alexander a few months ago. If he had fought and defeated Alexander, we wouldn't be having this debate over whether he deserves a shot at Mayweather. However, because either he or his team weren't confident that he could defeat Alexander, he finds himself in this situation. I hope Maidana gets the fight. Khan still needs to prove that he is capable of beating a quality fighter.

Can only agree with this and my true feeling is the first solid decent welterweight Khan fights will wipe him out!

Why are we, as boxing fans even allowing this to get close? Everyone here should be creating 50 twitter accounts each and voting Maidana under 50 different proxies or computers, while telling their friends and family to do the same. Yes Khan beat him, yes Mayweather would pick him apart, but he earned this fight the hard way. By fighting everyone they put in front of him and silencing Broner. Khan on the other hand chose not to fight a Devon Alexander who was there for the taking (with a title, might I add) and sit on the shelf for 13 months in hope, instead of earning the fight. And let's not forget his last relevant win was over two years ago. That's if anyone here considers Judah one. Otherwise it was over three.
