Beyond evident that Swift could have selected a more formidable opponent. That being said GBP is ttrying to secure multiple strands of megastars and why is this a problem? Swift showcase bout is totally acceptable to me considering the quality of his last few opponents.

There will be plenty of more formidable fights in the offing that u all can continue to underestimate his abilities.

      WAR SWIFT!!!!

They can be better than this. He could have fought PEDerson who isn't even a star but at least it'd be a somewhat meaningful fight since he has a belt - albeit a bastardised one.

Don't take it too personal but we will only give our hearts fully to people in our culture who have lived in this place, lived in this lifestyle, lived in our culture. Our support for you is conditional only".

Fans from New York: "Danny, we don't care who you fight or where you fight them, we will support you unconditionally because you ARE one of us!".
This above is where the rubber meets the road. Danny is looking for something that has literally been right next door the whole time. Like I said, its not right or wrong, it just is what it is. It is a clear observation in Nationalism. The tighter a community, the more exclusions there are.

Quick question, where are you getting this ****/poll from? I wasn't asked..

like i said before Danny doing a great job connecting with his Puerto Rican fanbase cuz thats his core or can become his core. You have Canelo not fiting anyone relevant for ages and still be a star cuz his ppl get behind him and here you have Danny whose a legit pound for pound fiter who can be so much better.

              I didn't.

I thought it would be a competitive fight.

The kid wants to fight in Puerto Rico, wtf is the problem?

Is it because he isn't Ricky Burns?

So Swift has to fight for belts because if not he can't eat or feed his family..

What? Fighting for belts would help feed his family more. The kid is 27 years old and single anyway....
