Argenis Mendes looking to jump to 135 after protesting?

Because that is not the weight class Barthelemy competes in and its for no title so its just a random fight for no reason or purpose. A fight against Mendez only furthers Barthelemy along in his career if its for a title but yes he can fight some random guy for a belt though shouldn't have to because Mendez should not duck him by vacating and moving up.

Making weight doesnt mean you made it healthy, just look at DLH in the Pac fight. If he doesnt wanna fight at 135, then he will get a shot at the belt, so i dont see what all the complaining is about. Maybe he shouldnt have fouled him and won the first fight

The ref did not punch mendez after the bell, im not having this convo again. You cant KO someone after the bell, it was all his fault. Mendez was robbed with the decision at the time, not barth. It doesnt matter that he was winning

Nothing to rationalize. If Mendez doesnt believe he can make 130 healthy and will fight at 135, then i dont see the problem. It would be nice at 130 for a belt but if Mendez cant make it then i dont really see the problem at 135 unless he wants a belt. Then he can fight for it

Because Barthelemy doesn't fight at 135, and if the belt matters to him yes it matters.

Very true you can't ko someone after the bell and as a result we have a NC in addition to a mandate for a rematch which Mendes is clearly trying to get out of.
