Pacquaio resume is spotty at best

I like Paquiao and think he's one of the most gifted athletes on Earth but his last (9) opponent that he beat with the exception of Cotto have not won any of the 4 major titles since fighting Pac.

To me, it clever maneuvering by Koncz and Arum to maximize his "marketability".

He pissed away a chance at cracking the Top 10 of ATGs to fight recycled and subpar in-house fights for Top Rank. Nobody is to blame for him wasting the last few years of his career but his own team.

based on the way you analyse fighters resumes, analyse bernard hopkins' resume for me.

Not really...most credible lists have them just about tied...and while Manny is wasting time fighting whoever Massa' Bob says Floyd is breaking gate records. Personally, I still rate Pac ahead of Floyd because that Barrera win is massive. Their careers aren't over however, and seem to be heading in completely opposite directions.

Why? Would wins over Maidana,Paulie,Porter,or Thurman cement his legacy? Lol, only a Floyd fight does something for either guy at this point. Everything else is just another name on the resume. Unless one of them decide they think they can go beat Sergio or GGG or Ward or something crazy like that.

Mannys fighting the guy probably regarded as #3 P4P..Floyd fighting most likely Amir Khan..yeah they're heading in different directions alright.
