Peter vs. Briggs is the fight that should be made....David Tua needs to be forgotten about.

Tua at his best was a lot better than Peter and Briggs, the fact that the latter guys are currently thought of more is very sad, Tua should have done more with his career.

yeah it seems Tua originally backed out which is weird. Briggs might beat him and Briggs might be better than a few guys ranked #10-15 but there is no reason to fear him so I hope it was because he had problems with the money and not because he didn't know if he wanted to train or if he wanted Briggs

Tua's peak came against Ibeabuchi...he looked sensational in that fight but part of that credit has to be given to Ike for choosing to fight David the way no other fighter ever did...which was to flat out brawl with him. (as good a HW fight as youll ever see-Ive never seen so much ****ing power and chin on display)

Anyways Tua became increasingly unwilling to let his hands go from that point on, with each fight that passed Tua let his hands go less and less.

He also has no business fighting at 245 or 250...Tua should be in the high 220's.

that fight took a lot out of both guys man...what a great fight it was! Both guys never took a step back which was pretty amazing considering their power.
