Maidana gets "Money" in May, then Khan beats someone to prove he can get the fight for September. This wouldn't be an issue if Khan fought & defeated Alexander. Maidana can rematch Broner anytime, he should try to secure his fight with Mayweather right now and the fans want to see it. Khan hasn't proven himself in his last couple of fights and won a questionable call against Diaz.

can't believe after all this I'm having a hard time deciding if I'd rather see Floyd-Maidana or Maidana-Broner II

i know beating broner isn't necessarily the ticket for a mayweather fight but he's been putting n classic fights for a while now - it feels like he is a level above Broner at the moment, but that fight was so much fun I want to do it all over again.

and I'm down to see Khan as long as Maidana-Broner II is on the undercard, I can't think of another compelling matchup that could be made right now for that undercard. Far fetched stuff...but If someone can list some other possible fights for a Floyd-Khan then maybe I would think differently
