Don't believe it. GGG got touched more in this fight than I have seen, I don't think Adama got credit for all the punches he was landing, they may have been pitty pat punches (ala Bradley-Pacquiao) but never the less they were definitely landing.

That looked like a weird practicing move or something. He did it a few times, where they were nowhere near each other but Golovkin was throwing really slow and soft practice punches, like he was planning them.

golovkin took one flush power punch during the whole fight by my count. not bad for a come-forward fighter. he's pretty good at slipping punches when he wants to, and made adama look silly at times.

Which means what?!?....it only means what everybody already know....Ward has fought lions while Triple G fights kittens!!

Abama or whatever his name is, has a mediocre tool box at best....so that GREAT defense talk is more gas for the gassed....NOONE is saying Triple G ain't solid but come on man, these Joe Blows won't reveal no skeletons in Triple G's closet

I like Golovkin but I'd like to see how often the man gets hit against someone of Kessler or Froch's quality. That's for sure.

I don't care about numbers, if he doesn't use shoulder roll, he's a face first brawler.

I don't see a whole gang a lions jumping at the chance to expose him. Too bad dude is already 31. Quillen and guys like that can buy a couple years. I don't hear noise at 168 that's believable daring him to make the jump.

Let's be fair to the dude. He's not fighting four times a year because he's running or short on cash.

Anyone think he's got a Pacquiao he is choosing not to fight? The biggest money fights for Golovkin aren't calling him out. Martinez picked a guy whose lost two of three. Maybe if, and it is an if, canelo wins, they can fight. Doubt it though.

Golovkin knows Ward is the toughest fight for him.....but admits he needs tougher opp before he's ready for that and knows the value in letting that one stew awhile.

All other belt holders at MW got no excuse. I give Martinez a one fight pass for coming back from injuries but when he beats Cotto......no excuse left for not giving GGG the shot.......

GGG does have good, subtle defense very similar to the style Chavez Sr used. No matter who he fights, that will remain the case. If he takes shots in a fight, most so the time it will be because he's more interested in landing than worried about getting hit....
