Sergio isn't naive. He fully understands the A and B business sides of boxing. He knows that he has more earning potential with a Cotto bout as opposed to a Golovkin because Miguel is the more popular fighter with a larger fan base and following. It's the only reason why he is accepting this challenge.

A side, B side. We get it. However that does not translate to the champion walking out 1st and being announced 1st. As most know I'm a fan of Cotto, but if you keep it real, those were diva like demands. No matter how you try and twist it.

Sergio's issue with Cotto is rooted in some low self esteem issues. That, and perhaps a little snobbery toward the "puerto Rican" after all, Sergio is white and from Argentina. How could Cotto fail to acknowledge this. His hate for Cotto has NOTHING to do with A side B side. He thinks he is superior beyond boxing, and that Cotto should bow to the white Argentine. I can see it in his eyes. Cotto infuriates him with his strong sense of self. I guess Sergio thinks only HE can have that pride.

BTW I still have mad respect and give Cotto huge props for even fighting Martinez. He's going to get destroyed, but the fact that he's fighting him speaks wonders.
