The knee is just an excuse used by ignorant people to take away shine from Cotto's win. The reality is his knees were fine and got cleared by the NYSAC and he never appeared to be having problems with his knees at any time during the fight.

You're high. There wasn't a single second in the entire fight where sergio wasn't limping on his right knee. Watch the fight again and focus on sergio's knee. Even in the Gif he's limping. He's hopping on his leg more than he is showcasing footwork.
