Funny thing is most and myself just knew cotto would never fight Martinez. Too big too good. Sum***** did fight him and whupped him... GGG while big and good by no means has cottos (or Martinez' for that matter) experience. I suspect cotto will fight ggg and win. As long as he keeps his head movement which Freddie will assure. I think he should fight ggg so to quell the haters. Then finish mayweather off and call it a career. No interested in Canelo. Aside from the PR vs Mex aspect there is no value. His fight with Mayweather was an absolute embarrassment. Cotto will likewise embarrass him. Canelo is a hype job now. Eventually he will be a very good fighter. But not during Cottos career.

That could be o/a 50M for Miguel on those 2 fight with PPV and other revenue attached which will be significant for him.

I thought it was an awesome fight. Glad cotto won. I knew cotto would win but once I saw the size difference I did think twice!!!
Sergios legs were shot, he's getting old...time to retire for sure.
Cotto put on a brilliant performance!!! Fought a perfect fight. Was on his toes, cut the ring off well, kept that chin tucked in, kept his composure and had absolutely perfect timing. He caught Sergio heaps when he was trying to come in on the attack!
I'm not gonna lie I thought it was slightly a ***** move not to finish the fight. Not sergios fault though I guess.
