its a combo of alc and sleeping meds. not being hit in the head. Hes taken a lot of punishment but nothing compared to the old days of boxing, they never got seaizures, they just got punchy.

The only punchy dude these days is toney and he's probably fought/sparred every day of his life since he was 13 lol

Damage to the part of the brain responsible for motor skills can cause seizures. Brain damage also causes depression.. I think the shots Pavlik took throughout his career definitely had an effect on that.
