After the Canelo fight? He might be trying to cash out on a Lara-Angulo rematch.

This is the reason why Top Rank will always be on top of the promoting game! People are only paying attention to the quantity of fighters GBP has but not the quality! Yes Golden Boy stable around the middle weight divisions are stacked but most of those guys will never carry a PPV event! Other than the working relationship with Floyd, GB has no big PPV carrier! Canelo is a decent fighter & has a good following but he will never be a elite fighter. Thurman, Garcia, Maidana, Khan, Peterson, Matthysse, Alexander, Guerrero, etc. are good fighters but none are PPV guys! Only if they get a chance to face Floyd! GB is cashing out Khan & Guerrero from here on out! They will be resume builders for younger guys coming up! Al Haymon has Golden Boy soul in his back pocket! When Floyd is finish boxing, what will Golden Have?

What quality boxers around the middle weight divisions does Top Rank have and what big PPV carriers do they have? I'll wait. PAC is there top PPV draw and he comes in at around 450,000.

Someone should tell him Angulo cut his long hair, so he won't be interested anymore.

Ok, you named what you claim GBP doesn't have now make an argument for what Top Rank does have. I see a bunch of rematches. Marquez, and Possibly Cotto and Pac pretty soon are on their way to retirement.

I never said TR had big PPV carriers but let compare over the last two years! All Golden Boy PPV events has only been with Floyd! Yes Canelo has one coming up but we're talking in the past! Top Rank PPV events has been with Manny of course, Bradley vs Marquez, Martinez vs Chavez Jr. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong or missed some! The problem with Golden Boy is most of there top fighters except for Canelo are managed by Al Haymon! It's no secret Al Haymon does not like to put his fighters against each other. Lately, he's had no choice since most of GB fighters work for him.

Actually there are no real good PPV stars anymore. Floyd, Manny, Cotto, and Klitschko ( I assume he does PPV in Europe) are on their way out. No one is an established 'star' yet but there are many contenders for that position, some showcased on PPV before but none can say their a solid draw. Honestly I don't think there will be a PPV star/heir when Manny and Floyd leave right away, the next star is being made and we'll probably see him in a few years.
