Bradley is getting 6 million for the Pacquiao fight. A fight with Mayweather would not earn him more than about half that. If Golden Boy had him fight Garcia, Thurman and Porter I doubt all three fights combined would make him 6million. Arum pays his best fighters much better than Golden Boy does. That is one reason Pacquiao never went over to Golden Boy. Ortiz and Guerrero only got about 3 million to fight Mayweather and Bradley would get about the same if Mayweather fought him.

Timmy is a good guy for real, he comes across as really naive and good hearted. Not the best qualities to have in the business world but they are appreciated. Familiarity was the main reason then. As long as he believes it is the best option to secure his family's future then that's all that matters.

You guys are speculating, we will never know for sure. Fact is bradley has his 0. the WW-division is really good for PPV's. Floyd IMO became such a big star because of the BIG fight vs de la hoya. After that fight floyd became really successful business wise.
Its a big IF, but if Bradley would have stayed undefeated and fought and beaten FMJ at showtime he would have been the next big star IMO.
He didnt wanna gamble and wait, life is strange who knows what the future brings...
At the end of 2014 we'll know if he stays undefeated, he wanted guaranteed money now.
