Wtf?? Am I the only one wondering what Roach did to win this? :/...

Hell, I think Floyd sr did more with just one fighter. Angel too.

Damn, I like Roach a lot but wtf???? Lol. That award is bogus as hell.

Thought Garcia would win it honestly....

              Un***inbelievable!!

Roach you know you don't deserve that award no way!!. If I was Roach I would not accept that award and tell the BWAA to give it to a better deserving trainer who really deserves it like Robert Garcia. what a shame! SMH!

Didn't know even the BWAA was into robberies. You guys should do what is right and overturn this disastrous decision and give it to its rightful owner.

Garcia was pure class during that exchange. Roach said very disrespectful things to him and he did nothing. Garcia doesn't have to pay for what another individual did. And Roach certainly shouldn't get a Trainer of the Year award for getting kicked in the chest.

I'm pretty sure this has everything to do with Pacquiao beating Rios, Roach vs Garcia, which is unfair to just ignore Maidana's incredible upset victory over Broner and Mikey Garcia's 3 win 2013 over top 10 ranked fighters, as well as Gradovich beating Dib in the only competitive and worthy fight watching in that worthless Pac-Rios undercard. Then there's Donaire who got a come from behind TKO over Darchinyan to finish the year on a good note.

Maybe it has something to do with the positive test? I doubt it's any of that to be honest, Roach seems like a default option when they're not sure who to pick.

that statement makes no sense both examples you used considering both trainers taught those fighters how to fight from the ground up
