I boxed from 1994 to 2002 i had 82 fights in the islands PR and DR I got into a car accident in 03 broke my shoulders and I was to retired painful decision I'm 30 now live in LA im Trina open up a Gym to train fighters but will see!!!!!thank u for this tread

I've stepped in tons of times. I tried to punch him hard in his face and he tried to do the same to me. From nobodies to current, future and past world champions. I'd throw hard fists with whoever wanted to glove up............... Rockin'

Fought amatuer and in the gym for over 10 years

Joined an amateur Boxing club in November 2013 just gone, and started sparing this month, I have Dropped 2 out of 5 sparring partners.

The first sparring session was with an ambush type fighter, was very aggressive only getting of his combo's and jumping in and out out of range. I timed him beautifully, i leaped back and threw a leaping straight right forward, at the same time he jumped in where my right met his jaw and put him on the canvas.

You can imagine how good i felt that evening. Sparing again tonight.

I've sparred. Never fought. I have bad shoulders from lifting (prior to boxing) so I never fought.

It's even harder if you didn't put in the work. The ring is like a second home to me, If I could spar everyday I would but the head coach at my gym won't allow it.
