If he wanted the Golovkin fight he'd ask for it, but he never has, I doubt he ever will.Comment

I'm not, he calls Froch, calls Chavez but when Golovkin is mentioned it's "down the line", "in a year's time" or "ask them if they want it".
Ward has never sounded keen on a Golovkin fight and apparently has no genuine interest in a Golovkin fight at this point in time.
Its hard to criticize him for towing the company line.Comment

Golovkin was hardly a known draw for them when they put the word out, Ward was supposed to be their replacement for Mayweather.Comment

It's not but like I said Golovkin is the kind of fight he'd be up for I'd imagine, not much risk and a lot of reward aswell as being able to stay away from 175.Comment

Everyone has their favs. The boxingscene regulars for the most part are probably the most irrational bunch I've come across. But its all good though. I just think its funny that many of those defending GGG are the same ones who b1tch and moan daily about who Floyd is fighting and who he's not. Its all good though. I'm a Nashvillian. And folks around here think Jake Locker is better than Vince Young and blame VY and Chris Johnson for the current state of the Titans. So irrational is somthing I'm very used to.Comment

Carl Froch did and his promoter talked about making the bout, but it was always "down the line" or "ask them how they feel" for Ward.Comment
