Ward's throwing shots now Golovkin saying he's at 160. Before that Ward wasn't saying jack and was pushing for a fight with Chavez. Just another Quillin talking ish now the coast is clear.

Ward never wanted the Golovkin fight any more than he wants the Kovalev fight.

Honestly, I'm a helluva lot more critical of his level of comp, especially this stiff he's about to fight, than I am about the decision not to fight Ward in the present.

Same reason he wants to fight Chavez Jr.

How is "the coast clear?" Neither have a relevant fight scheduled. This one could get done easily and happen this summer.

              just watch

and if you read what I wrote clearly I said it was Team GGG creating the problem not Golovkin himself. you see when Abel Sanchez, K2 and HBO make outlandish claims and get called out on it. it makes Golovkin look bad because the reality is contrary to the hype they are selling

Ward doesn't want it, and neither does Team Golovkin. How are you going to make two sides who don't want the fight face each other?

The coast is clear because Team Golovkin have signalled their intent to stay at 160 for the time being.

                  Look at this poor lad...

He's mistaken the solid mid range hooker Danny with the pillow fisted but strong headbutted Andre... Boxing knowledge lessons indeed...

GGG is a small middleweight, he has no business moving up to 168. But Ward has fought at 160 before.
Posters please stop trying to justify the over-hyping of this guy GGG. He is not a top level fighter when all he fights are bums. Once he steps up in competition this train will be derailed. But I understand that some people need the "GWH" theory to stay alive.

Exactly. the criticism is more of HBO, not GGG. That said, at some point he has to live up to themarketing/promotional stuff that HBO is throwing out there instead of another in a string of overmatched opponents.
