Judges have been appointed.
Veteran judges Glenn Trowbridge of Nevada, Michael Pernick of Florida and John Keane of Great Britain. All judges were approved by both Bradley and Pacquiao's camps.

*interesting notes
Trowbridge will be judging his 6th PAC fight. There have been no controversy regarding his scoring other than the 3rd PAC-JMM fight. He scored it 116-112 for Pacquiao.

Pernick- this will be his 3rd Pac fight. He scored PAC-Rios fight a shutout.

Keane- scored PAC-JMM 4. He had PAC up 1 point 47-46 up until the knockout.

None of the judges have scored a Bradley fight before.

Kenny Bayless will be the referee. Cool, Bayless is a great ref. Best possible ref IMO.

Byrd is ok as well. I just think Bayless controls the fights best in a way where you hardly notice him. That means, when he says something to the fighters, they listen. So, he ends up not having to get in the way.

Bradley will outbox pacquiao because pacquiao will try to box a boxer. Pacquiao is a brawler, not a boxer. Timothy Bradley is a boxer. The boxer usually prevails over the brawler.
