Comments Thread For: Huck Focuses Attention on Moving Up, Facing Klitschko

WBO cruiserweight Marco Huck has said he wants to step up to the heavyweight division to face Wladimir Klitschko, who holds four of the five world title belts. Huck, 29, defended his WBO crown with a sixth round knock-out of 43-year-old challenger Firat Arslan in Stuttgart on Saturday.

Huck wants another shot at a heavyweight title and his coach Ulli Wegner has said his fighter will be a champion in the division by the end of the year.

Huck is a tough guy, but he would have no chance against Wladimir Klitschko.

He should try fighting some other HWs before attempting a title fight.

He beats an over-the-hill Arslan and thinks he's king. Marco just went full ******.

Huck already beat Povetkin imo so he could be a decent heavy.

He would still have no business in the ring with wlad. That being said, neither does wach, jmm, pianeta, leapai and the likes.

So I guess it can't be any worse.

yeah he should have got the nod over povetkin but I don't think he will be able to hurt the bigger HWs nor do I think he will be able to take their punches. let's see him take on a couple fringe guys first.

he might be able to grab a title at heavy alright but he has precisely 0% chance against wlad ... wlad would hug him to death inside 10
