The bottom line is that fighters will get paid based on how much they had put into the sport of boxing throughout their whole lives. Manny has been fighting big names for the past 10 years and putting on shows and inspiring people with his character. The bigger the draw, The more money you get paid.

Exactly! Rios had a controversial loss to Abril. He beat Alvarado, and loss the rematch, yet he got to fight Manny Pacquiao. Did anyone really believe he was going to beat Manny? Rios was hyped up like he was a beast, when he was suspect. Cotto lost to Floyd, then beat Delvin Rodriguez, yet he's calling shots for Martinez, even though Martinez is the champ. Why, because he beat Rodriguez? Khan has done nothing recently, yet he might get the biggest cash cow in the game. Why? Has Khan done more than Garcia, Maidana, or Lara? No, Khan has a bigger name, like Rios over Alvarado. TR and GBP always hypes up their guys when many aren't all that.

What does floyd have to do with this conversation? Floyd can't fight anyone from top rank and tr can't fight anyone from gb. Why is this so hard to understand? That would be like mike garcia saying someone from gb stable is ducking him because they haven't fought. How can they, cold war. Cold war. Question who had the better opponent in their last fight pac or mayweather... Exactly, but may keeps ducking the best.

Pacquiao may not have signed an extension yet, but according to Bob Arum, he is talking about it. Of course, would the promoter say anything different?
