Why the hell would he do that? If he gave $100000 to charity it would be the most money to charity I have heard of a boxer giving. He made the charity offer to Mayweather to shut Mayweather's big mouth. Mayweather was saying about 6 times a day that Pacquiao was desparate and begging him for a fight like a dog begging for a bone. It wasn't true and Pacquiao got sick of hearing it. He offered to fight Mayweather for free with everything going to charity to show the loud mouthed son of a bitck he did not need him. The offer was no more serious than Mayweather's BS 40million telephone offer. Pacquiao knew damn well Mayweather would never give a dime of his purse to charity. The fact that Pacquiao is getting 20million for the Bradley fight is proof that Pacquiao does not need Mayweather. In fact if Floyd did fight Pacquiao he would make sure Pacquiao got less than $20million. Just let Pacquiao keep his 20million from the Bradley fight. He needs it to pay his taxes.

The offer was obviously bogus. But seeing as Mayweather fans are such ******ed idiots, I'll explain the logic behind Manny's charity offer to you all so you STFU.

The offer was strictly for the MAYWEATHER fight - the idea being that Pac would then be refuting Floyd's assertion that MP only wants to fight HIM because of the huge payday. By (theoretically) donating all the proceeds of his fight WITH MAYWEATHER to charity, it would show that he wasn't desperate for the Floyd payday, but merely wanted to fight him because it was the fight the fans wanted. This scenario does NOT apply to Tim Bradley fight because Tim hasn't accused MP of fighting him cos he's desperate for the payday.
