Best response. Made me laugh out loud.

Jennings is going to catch heat from boxing fans if his fists cant cash out the checks his mouth is writing.

Same here! But regardless I think despite some faults like anybody's got I rate Szpilka as a solid 10-20 heavyweight. Hell get underrated to crap now of course. I'd love to see him against the winner or loser of Adamek/Glazkov.

              Jennings looked bad

...he won, but was made to miss plenty of his shots and even gassed out at the end of the early round, Szpilka just didn't seize the moment. Jennings face also looked worse for wear (lumped head and bloodied mouth) The best thing Jennings has going for him is the occasional spurts of combinations and good defense via those weirdly long arms...we'll see how that works for him against more experienced opposition.

I guess Jennings was right - there wasn't really anything special about Szpilka last nite

I never understood talking down your opponent before a fight.

So basically Jennings just beat a guy who isn't special.

                  Well isn't that special?

                    good for Jennings but...

I was there. Szpilka gassed out in the 10th (and consequentially left himself wide open) because he was trying to get the ko. What is not being reported is how Jennings was gassed early on and Szpilka didn't have time in the round to finish him. Also, watch for the punch stats, it was closer than they are making it out to be (Artur made Jennings miss many of the wild shots he was throwing during his spurts). note: Jennings' mouth was bloodied and his head was all lumped up too. it is what it is
