Everyone knows this fight stinks...they will load the under card with quality fights...probably trying to get Broner vs Maidana 2 on there and maybe Thurman vs Porter or Paulie who knows....I'd chip in $10 at a friends if they just get the Broner Maidana rematch on it...Floyd doesn't have a worthy opponent right now unless he fights guys at Top Rank in Bradley and Manny.. Or he moves up and fights Lara,Kirkland or GGG and those fights aren't gonna happen.

Well, he is doing huge numbers. He's obviously the biggest draw in the sport but it doesn't mean he can do ridiculous numbers against any fighter.

Every star that's ever been needs a dance partner to do huge numbers.

Oscar-Mayorga did 3 times less than Oscar-Mayweather. That doesn't mean Oscar needed people to help him.

Mayweather's the only guy to be involved in two PPV's that did 2 Million +. He's the biggest star in the sport. But just like every star before him he's not going to do huge numbers without an appropriate opponent.

Yeah I agree, has absolutely nothing to do with him being Pakistani. Khan's fanbase is overestimated. It was bigger a few years back, when he beat Maidana, but now, I think the bandwagon has slowed down and quite a few have jumped off. Sounds like Jeff is just making excuses for why this PPV will bomb.

Very true....Many have jumped off, the final straw being Khan wanting to side step Alexander or any contender in order to get this pay day with absolutely no credentials for such a task a welterweight ...I hope that Golden boy etc. come to their senses here and stop this complete rip off nonsense !

there is no doubt he is the biggest star in the sport, but the point is he likes to profess how he is doing the numbers when in reality its not just him, its his opponents and the undercard that helps it. so he is a bit cheeky to be claiming its him thats doing these numbers.
