When talking about Money Mayweather's next fight, it's not about who it is, but who the undercards are. The fake PPV queen has to be supported with strong undercards and on Mexican holidays. So you can conclude that they're trying to figure out who they put on the undercards to support the PPV queen. That's what taking them too long to announce the fight. In short, forget about who he fights next. It's about the undercards.

I'm guessing they'll try to add Broner/Maidana 2 in there, considering Money Mayweather has been dying to get Broner in his undercards.

When people start leaving the arena after the undercard fights then that non-sense can be entertained only Floyd haters complain about a good undercard or say thats the reason why the PPV sold.

A potential Floyd - Khan fight has had very bad press in the last few days. I don't think Mayweather doesn't care about his own credibility. And I can't believe he is afraid of Maidana. I expect Floyd doesn't disappoint us and decides to go to a real (and risky) bout instead of taking a done fighter in Khan.

I just cant see anyone spending millions of dollars to announce a khan fight. It makes no sense especially with the fight so far away. Am I missing something here?

100 million people watching the Super Bowl might be a better way way to announce a Khan fight than on twitter which would be easily forgotten since only his fans and haters follow him.

Cotto/Mayweather 2 would have been bigger than the Canelo fight, even without strong undercards, especially with Roach in Cotto's corner. But people won't even bother mentioning this option. Money Mayweather will turn it down. It's too risky. He'll most likey ask for a catchweight if he did.

Good point. Cotto rematch would be better. It is surprising that no one mentions this option because the fight was rather close. I think Cotto losing to Trout and then Trout losing to Canelo kinda messed up any thoughts of that.

Don't get me wrong I know millions are watching but do they care or will they even remember 3 months from now? I think it would be great to announce a Mayweather Pac fight during the superbowl but I don't see the benefit to announcing Mayweather Khan? At least twitter is free we're talking 4 million dollars for a 30 second add

Who cares Broner is a nobody and he can't beat Maidana anyway.

Obviously Broner has people paying attention to his fights! Rematch anything can happen like Alvarado vs Rios or Pac vs Morales.

Like I said if Mayweather beats Maidana and Broner implies a samilar strategy the second time around that Mayweather did I wonder would Broner get credit for that win?
