Kahn's speed will definitely make the fight interesting ... his chin will probably make it short

Khans never been outboxed either he's just gets rocked or koed all the time. Trust me khan has the tools to give floyd hell but I can see floyd koing khan with a pull counter over the jab. And we'll floyd doesn't have a legit ko since hatton in 2008 so I'm thinking khan will probably be there all night.

Khan leaves holes and gets clocked when he rushes in. His best chance is to fight at somewhat long range to make use of his height, and fight at a high volume with constant jabs, combinations, bodywork, lots of angles, high volume technical boxing basically.

Yeah that looping right over the jab, Khan can be open for it when he steps in, and Floyd throws it fkn fast and with power + accuracy = lights out for Khan.

this basically ... the rushing in approach is ****** and if he did it would just show lack of belief in his talents. He should fight to his strengths and make it his fight ... not look to just tear in like a wild man.

Khan needs an incredible work rate to beat Maweather and plenty of constant speed and movement. Outboxing (or attempting it) Mayweather leaves guys getting schooled sooner rather than later, but so does rushing in...Khan's only chance at winning that fight is to nick plenty of close rounds with a lot of calculated flurries, none of that wild stuff that Garcia figured out.

I am not gonna go so far as to say Floyd knocks him out, but it is a distinct possibility that he times him flurrying his way in and stuns him, maybe quite badly.

All that said, this is still a BS fight that Floyd wins.

Khan is not much of a welterweight puncher and Mayweather has a great chin and quick recovery powers if he does get hurt. I don't think Khan can KO Mayweather even if he lands his best punches. If Khan attacks Mayweather hard he is even more likely to get KOed early. Khan is just not good enough to beat Mayweather no matter what his game plan is. A 3% chance of Khan winning sounds reasonable although I don't even give him that much of a chance. Mayweather chose to fight a 140 pounder on a downhill slide. This is his worst cherry pick yet.

Difference being The "Hitman" actually had the power to make Hagler respect him. Khan doesn't have anything to hurt Floyd. He's never even fought at 147 and Floyd has been touched by much bigger punchers. Khan will throw his pity pat flurries and Floyd will make him miss.
To beat Floyd you need a stiff ass jab and be able to go to the body against the ropes because she makes you miss wildly swinging at his head. Floyd can't fight going backwards, he needs to time you to counter, you have to put pressure on him with lots of punches and the jab... Khan has no shot.

Well, you do know what happened to Tommy Hearns right?

Now let me ask you this, would you rather get stopped or have a better chance at surviving the whole fight?
