This is all a big joke.
Neither fighter wants the fight. They've both discovered that it has been more profitable for them to talk about a potential fight instead of actually getting in the ring.
They have hooked fans into buying their respective PPV's against inferior competition, in hopes that the next fight will be against each other, only that next fight never comes.
Instead they created these scenarios where both know they fight won't happen. Mayweather says you must leave Arum knowing full well it isn't going to happen. Pacquiao says lets fight for free knowing full well it isn't going to happen.
It's all a ruse.
