As Angulo walked to the corner Paulie said they need to look at Angulo.

When he got to the corner Virgil told him one more.

When the round started I saw the fear in Weeks eyes he was itching to stop it. He felt bad I could see it. He shouldve stopped it earlier.

Great stoppage. Angulo might not fight again after this. He got hammered. Badly.

Angulo was going to lose. He was losing every round. I still wanted to see Canelo have to fight all 12 rounds. If Angulo had a chance to make it interesting it was in those last 3 rounds.

Good performance by Canelo. I knew his speed would be the difference in this fight. Angulo is just way too slow. Even with the stoppage I don't want to take anything away from Canelo. He put up a great fight and looked like he had plenty of gas left.

He had 8 or 9 rounds to fight back and he stood there like a Rios. He didn't win a single round. Maybe 1 or 2. The fight was uncompetitive and Canelo was taking his best shots. He had no chance and continuing will just give him further unnecessary damage.

Ok but atleast let him finish the round.

If he was rocked or hurt then yeah stop it, hell, even he landed a combination then stop it.

The guy landed a single shot that didn't hurt him and he stopped it.

No one else has had that easy a time with Angulo

Eh....other than the first 2 minutes of the first round, Kirkland beat Angulo the hell up.....and thats because Kirkland has a glass chin and got caught cold.....he was already destroying perro by the last minute of the 1st...Cintron didnt struggle with Perro that much...

He took worse punishment in the Lara fight.

If you're going to stop the fight atleast have it when Angulo's hurt or wobbled.

DEFINITELY did not take more punishment in the Lara fight
