That fight was rigged from the get-go. They needed Canelo to "win" (which he didn't) so they can set up the Floyd fight. Did you see any open scoring in Floyd vs Canelo? Which was also sanctioned by the WBC.

First of all, calm yourself down buddy. The whole open scoring system is a WBC thing BUT it has to be approved by the commission.

The World Boxing Council ratified during its 49thÂ*Annual convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, in December 2011, the highly successful open scoring rule, which has been working efficiently around the world since 2006.

This rule has been used in the USA only a few times, once in Arkansas, several times in Puerto Rico, and this year the State of Texas has used it in two WBC championship fights.

I like both fighters and I think they both have great attributes, I also think they both have very entertaining but very different styles of boxing that will mesh really well in the ring and produce a great fight. Outside the ring I always see both men staying classy and well mannered too, so it's very easy to like them. I'm looking forward to watching the fight and the rest of the bouts that will be in the same card.
