He's always had puffy eyes and a face that resembles that of a dog, it's part of the reason they call him "el perro" in Spanish which translates to "the dog" in english.

I know he's always had his eyes 'caved in' but I've never noticed his brow area that swollen.

Angulo has really good hair! Love the look as well. Very similar to the style Margarito is rocking nowadays which I also like.
