Also, you cant penalyze a guy for being too good. Garcia is clearly in his weight bracket. They are comparable in size. This is what 99.9% of the guys in boxing do. Fight guys comparable to there size. Floyd is the only guy who isnt allowed to. he has to fight at a weight that he doesnt even come close to weighing on fihgt night and give up 20 pounds in the ring for it to be a fair fight so you can be satisfied. Thats a joke

If Floyd is too good for his own good then why fight 140 champ Danny Garcia? Where is the challenge in that? Floyd is a 3 time junior Middleweight champ.

I'd rather spend my time criticizing the fighters who cut massive weight to fight smaller opponents and get an advantage. Floyd has been fighting at his natural weight class or above his whole career. That is commendable. I can't think of many fighters who have done that for their entire career.

Look at a guy like Brandon Rios. He's bigger than Floyd but he was thrashing guys at lightweight not too long ago.

truth is, floyd is smaller than most of the world class fighters from 140 to 154. hes just so much better than them all that it doesnt matter. the one fighter that floyd could actually be accused of fighting that was smaller than him was jmm.

so do you realize Jr won the 154 crown and he should defend it or

          give it up ?

so. He's a champ at 4 other weights too so how can you get mad if he fought there? Its like if he beats Sergio at MW then you will demand he fight triple G because he proved he could fight at MW. You cant keep going higher & higher but not holding anyone else to those standards. He's in his 5th and not even close to the weight but most of these guys are in there 1st class, huge at the weight, and you never demand that they even move up once. You think they fear Floyd? Why fear a guy who you are going to make 10x what you ever made and have a 20 pound weight advantage on. Yet they cant just move up a few pounds? Thats so unfair but what Floyd is called to do is more than fair and if he doesnt do it then he's a coward

He will probably give it up,,, No way he defends vs unknkowns like lara, angulo, etc Cotto, canelo, oscar were the only mega fights at that weight,, floyd will never go to 154 again

And why give up a belt,, i would make the WBC or whoever strip me,, until they put pressure on floyd for a defense, i wouldnt give it up either

Ive never ever been against that. Ive always said that they should take his title then. My point is you cant call him a coward for not clearing out a division where he's super small at. He dont have to fight every guy. There will always be another guy. They shouldnt let him hold the belt hostage. Just make him give it up. Lets be real, he's bigger than the belt anyways. Whenever he wants to fight for a belt, no fighter will turn him down.

There is only one guy out there that Floyd needs to fight and thats Pac. There is no excuse for that fight not happening. There may be some real excuses but you still have to overcome that and make that fight happen. All this 154 & 160 stuff is just icing on the cake for me. That goes for Pac too though. He also hasnt done everything he could to make the fight happen. Both should be ashamed of that

you guys are using the fact that he weighs 150 on fight to negate the fact he is the light middleweight champion and that the light welterweight champion is not a viable opponent. Is he 150 and fighting at 140? no. He is 150 and ****in nigz up at 154. In fact hes the mothaf0ckin champ and 154. Bein the champ and titz at 54, should he not accept all challengers at that weight? Or should he use the fact that he is rlly 150 so he shouldn't have to, and then fight guys that fight at 140 instead? Listen I don't care if you weigh in 25 more pounds on fight night cuz hey guess what, they each have some pros and cons.. you think draining 15 pounds doesn't take anything out of a fighter, as appose to a fighter who is naturally at that weight? There is two opinions on the matter of cutting weight. The fact is Garcia is fighting at 140 and not 154. Why? cuz his ass will get ****ed up if he goes up higher. Floyd is at 154 cut the bull**** about cutting weight. If you can make weight your good, you had to make the sacrifice to lose the weight and drain your body that way. So for those saying it would be fair for him to take on the people who are more natural 154 pounders as appose to those who have drain themselves to make weight.. f0ck outa here with that nonsense. The man is the 154 champ, there are 5 ppl I mentioned who would give him a much, much better fight than ****ty ass danny garcia and beaten by flab miadana.

He's not just a champion, he's a 2 belt champion. He has the WBC and WBA.
