Ok no agenda... lmaooo I am not secretly giving Floyd a blow job right now no worries. I am just a boxing fan. I never said he can't fight 147 pounders, but 140 is just to low and that is what garcia is. Maidana yea he won that title at 147, but he is really a 140 pounder. He beat no one at 147. Look at his record there, its pathetic. Esp right after taking a beating from devon at 140...
And the reason why trout is a good opponent is because if u know boxing, you would know that he is a solid fighter, better than the other trash out there. Just because he lost his last two fights he did not do so in terrible fashion, that would take him out of the mix.

those two losses take trout of any floyd equation....if you are going to be a guy like khan(coming off losses) you better bring something to the table in regards to being able to sell.....trout doesnt....guys like garcia and maidana who are 140lbers can come up to 147 and its not a big deal.....tons of guys do it...and garcia is going to 147

Floyd is to them what andre ward and carl froch is to him at 168. Yeah he came from that weight, but he has grown and isn't that small anymore. Later on in say for example. Hopkins, Jones, or Toney's career, when they moved up in weight, would u have them fighting middleweights again? Look I don't know how, the mass's perception skims over his real opponents, but they aren't ****in 140 pounders. He has fighters in his actual division, for starters, Lara, and both martinez and GGG said they would go to 154 to fight him. This is some bull****. He has 5 opponents that should come before anyone else in his weight class. Martinez, GGG, Lara, Trout, and pacquaio even tho hes not in the weightclass we all know that fight is legit. Why on earth people actually think that slow ass basic fighter garcia or the guy who gets outboxed by a flabby ass morales can beat him, god only knows.
Guys like Danny, Maidana and Matthysse can easily fight at 147 though. In fact, they rehydrate to a heavier weight than Floyd does on fight night. Basically the 140 fighters you mentioned cut weight to fight at 140. They are no smaller than Floyd and they'll be at 147 eventually (Maidana already is).

Floyd can definitely fight at 154 but he isn't quite a 154lber if you get my drift. The most he's weighed in on fight night is 151. I have no problem with Floyd fighting at WW or JMW. He's way smaller than all the other JMWs though. I think you need to understand that. He only survives there based on skill and facing selective opponents. People need to respect the fact that JMW is his 5th weight class. There's only so much your body will allow you to do.

you do realize that Floyd was 150 on fight night and all 3 guys you mentioned routinely easily outweigh Floyd on fight night, right? Ive met all in person and Floyd is the smallest guy. Anyone can see it. Maidana was justg 161 against Broner while Floyd was 150 against Canelo but Floyd is much bigger than these guys.......smh

Floyd fans are hilarious, they were the ones that said that the Canelo fight was a shut out and that De la Hoya and Cotto only won 2 or 3 rounds against Floyd but then they turn around and say they want to see a Danny Garcia fight..........WTF???

If Floyd is beating all these 154 pounders with ease then why the hell would they want to see him fight a 140 pounder? Where's the challenge in that? Why fight a 140 pounder if you're beating 154 pounders with ease?

So Danny who comes in the ring weighing more then Floyd can not move up just 1 division?

1st off most say his 2 worst performances since the JLC fight were his Cotto & Oscar fights and they felt that it was because he doesnt truly belong at 154.

Also, you cant penalyze a guy for being too good. Garcia is clearly in his weight bracket. They are comparable in size. This is what 99.9% of the guys in boxing do. Fight guys comparable to there size. Floyd is the only guy who isnt allowed to. he has to fight at a weight that he doesnt even come close to weighing on fihgt night and give up 20 pounds in the ring for it to be a fair fight so you can be satisfied. Thats a joke

Of course he can. My point was why fight 140 champion Danny Garcia when 154 champions cant even win 3 rounds against you. Where's the challenge in that?

                      1. Floyd isnt a 154 fighter,, he goes there and cant even break past 151 let alone near the weight limit..

                      2. he only goes to 154 for huge names like oscar, cotto, canelo,,, Lara, GGG, and even serg dont command a fan base big enough to make the fight worth the risk

                      3. Floyd is a welter and should fight welters or guys near there,,, Garcia, bradley, manny, maidana, etc

                      4. Its not floyd's fault he is so much better than anyone in his weight class,,, Its the same with the klitchkos.. You cant penalize a guy just because he clearly better than anyone around,,,
